Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the PrivateCDN content delivery platform and the client portal (the "Service") operated by PrivateCDN. By accessing the Service or creating a workspace, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and access

Workspace access is provisioned by project administrators. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual property rights, circumvent access controls, or disrupt the integrity of the delivery network. We may suspend access that places the platform or other customers at risk.

3. Service levels

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery. Scheduled maintenance and edge configuration changes are communicated through the client portal.

4. Fees

Paid plans are billed according to the order form agreed with your account manager. Usage beyond the contracted capacity may incur additional charges.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate a workspace in accordance with the applicable order form. Upon termination, cached assets are purged from the edge within a reasonable period.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrivateCDN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced through the portal. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
